My Politic Blog
With the election looming I thought I’d chime in on my thoughts of the candidates for President and Vice President. I’m not going to go into lengthy detail but rather short and simple phrases. I might even throw in a video or two but I haven’t got that far yet.
John McCain – He is being ran by his advisors more than he is running himself. He’s a mean old codger who’s voted 90% of the time with the W. He didn’t even look Obama in the eyes on the first debate until the end where they shook hands. He plays his maverick card way too often. I’m a maverick people! He has basically gave his life for our country which is awesome but I don’t think he is fit to be the leader of our country but rather a role player.
Sarah Palin – Way in over her head. She can’t even say what newspaper she reads. This SNL skit says it perfectly.
Joe Biden – Pretty much McCain lite only on the left and with Obama. He was a safe pick and will be a safe VP if he makes it into office.
Barack Obama – Charisma out the butt but only has ideas and no experience. I would like to see some of his ideas play out with a great cabinet but at the same time I don’t want him to go in there and Bush us (build up his lies and then screw us over). If he gets elected I suggest he builds a great cabinet full of experience to make up for his lack of.
Now who I will vote for is uncertain as I go to register tomorrow and hopefully don’t just write in my name or something. Because I really don’t like either ticket but throwing away my vote won’t really do anything and I’m afraid I might cast a vote in one of the many rigged voting machines. No paper receipt is scary man.
