So I’ve decided to add a new little do-dad to this crapfest and it is me reviewing something random. Today I will review Welch’s 100% White Grape and Pomegranate Juice.

Let’s look at some of the stats on this juice.

- Per serving(8 fl oz.) you get 100% of your dose of Vitamin C.
- 12% of your Carbs
- 140 Calories per serving of which over 100% are carb calories. No fat or protein calories.
- 0% fat and 1% sodium.

Now, that is pretty good but the only problem that it’s priced high like most juices are. I believe it was in the $2.50-$3.50 range. But the price is nothing bad considering some “health” juices that are pomegranate only can go for up to $15 in the same container size. So it’s a bargain.

The taste of the juice is probably the best juice I have tasted in quite some time. Apple juice usually has a little weird taste and if you drink alot it can lead to diarreha. Orange is just never good anymore unless you find some home squeezed. As for grape, it’s ok, but it leaves you wanting more than what you get.

With White Grape & Pomegranate you get a very distinct grape taste but also the great taste of a pomegranate. If you haven’t indulged on some pomegranate juice people you are missing out. It has antioxidants that almost match acai and others. Pomegranate also reducing heart risk related diseases and complications. It is also said to quite possibly help prevent dental plaque but I can neither confirm nor deny this. The only problem with the taste is sometimes you get that grape aftertaste where it seems just a little too sweet but that is the only problem with the taste.

Another thing is that it is great to go with your breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It compliments alot of dishes. I’ve drank it eating many assorments of food and it was a delight everytime. It is great and I cannot say enough good words about it.

All in all, it is a must purchase as your juice of choice. 5/5
